Draft Regulations for Providers of Home Support Services: An Overview of the Findings of the Department of Health’s Public Consultation

The public consultation on the draft regulations opened on 16 June 2022 and closed on 04 August 2022, and was undertaken to inform the development of the legislation for Providers of Home Support Services. Over 200 responses were received from individuals and stakeholder-organisations.

The report on the findings of the public consultation was prepared by the Institute of Public Health in Ireland.
