
On 17 May, Dr Jenny Mack, a public health consultant with the Institute of Public Health, gave a presentation to the annual Environment, Health and Wellbeing Conference, hosted by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
The hybrid conference, hosted in conjunction with the Health Service Executive (HSE) and the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI), set out to explore key issues relating to managing a broad range of environment and health risks and challenges that we face in creating a fair and healthy environment for all.
In this presentation Dr Mack discusses the relationship between climate change, air pollution, and health/health inequalities, as well as key considerations for policy.
