The Institute of Public Health in Ireland (IPH) promotes cooperation for public health on the island of Ireland.
Promoting physical activity has been identified as a key public health strategy to support healthy ageing.
This post will focus, in particular, on the role of Health Professionals in advocating and advising on physical activity for older people and our ageing population.
IPH invites applications for this fixed-term post of Public Health Interventions Officer – Physical Activity and Ageing.
This post can be based in either our Belfast or Dublin offices and aims to help inform the identification and design of effective public health interventions to address physical activity and ageing and to effectively measure the outcomes of these interventions.
